CPB Films awarded twice at the FIGRA

Last Saturday, March 24th, CPB Films received two awards at the FIGRA. The 25th edition of the festival took place in Saint-Omer (North of France), from March 20th to March 25th. 

 

On death row in Indonesia, by Christine Tournadre, was awarded with the Grand Prize of Figra +40mn. This film is an immersion in the fight of Sabine Atlaoui, to save her husband Serge Atlaoui who was arrested in Jakarta and sentenced to death in Indonesia. 

The jury was presided over by Jean-Louis Saparito (director) and included as members Nathalie Amsellen (director and film editor), Loïck Berrou (France 24), Elaine Cobbe (news correspondant).

 

In the category "Terre(s) d'Histoire", Magda Goebbels, The First lady of the third Reich by Antoine Vitkine, won the award.

The jury was presided over by Jean-Michel Carré (director, producer), and included as members Myrto Grecos (journalist and producer), Christie Molia (producer), Michaël Prazan (director) and Fabrice Saliné (directeur, film editor).
